Step 2: Log In
Username: first name.last name (all lowercase, with a period in between)
- Example: alex.taylor
*If your name is hyphenated, remove the hyphen.
- Example: maria.garcia-lopez → maria.garcialopez
Password: 2025achd
(You will be prompted to set a new password after your first login.)
Step 3: Use the App:
- View the Agenda – sessions, speakers, and details
- Check Into Sessions – hit Attend to earn points
- Leaderboard Fun – top scorer each day wins extra raffle ticket!
Tip: Be sure to check in at every session to climb the leaderboard!

Attire is Business Casual. For the Awards Reception, feel free to wear your favorite band or concert T-shirt as it will Rock!
Note: Spike heels are not recommended for awards reception due to the lawn.
Mandatory Ethics (AB 1234) Training
Wednesday, September 24 | 1:00–3:00 PM
Location: Fairbanks ABC
This two-hour session fulfills the AB 1234 Ethics Training requirement for public officials. Topics include ethics laws, financial conflicts (Political Reform Act & Gov. Code 1090), perks, transparency, and fair process.
Important Reminders:
- No late entry will be allowed.
- Attendees must stay for the full two hours.
- Sign in and out on ACHD’s official sign-in sheet to receive credit.
- Certificates of Completion will be emailed after the conference to each district and distributed to attendees by their district.
- Lunch will not be provided, please plan to eat prior to attending the session.
