We are going almost paperless this year. This year, our event app is redesigned and has even more features including:

• Full Agenda with dates, times, and locations
• Session descriptions
• Speaker bios
• Activity Feed
• Surveys after each session
• Resource files that include maps and other important information
• Leaderboard

Please note, there is not a paper program this year. There will be copies of the agenda in the Swag bags and on the registration desk but that paper copy will not include valuable information such as session descriptions and speaker bios.

To download the event app on your phone, you have a few options:

Download Links (depending on your phone)

• If you have an Android phone, click the link here and it will take you directly to the Google Play Store, download the app, and login with your username and password.
• If you have an iOS/Apple phone or iPad, click the link here and it will take you directly to the Apple Store, download the app, and login with your username and password.

QR Code

To scan the QR code on your phone, simply open your camera app, point it at the square QR Code above, and your phone will automatically detect it, displaying a link or information on the screen which you can then tap to access. You then can download the app, and login with your username and password.

Your Username and Password

Your login username is:

"First Name"."Last Name" (Don't forget the period between your first and last name)

So for example,

• if your name is Sansa Stark, your username (all lower case) is sansa.stark
• if your name is Jon Snow, your username (all lower case) is jon.snow

Please note, if you have a hyphenated name, your login in will be the same as above, just remove the hyphen.

For example, 

• if your name is Rose Leslie-Harington, your username is rose.leslieharington

If you would like to download a copy of the agenda before the start of the conference, please click here.

This year's ACHD Trustee, CEO, and District of the Year ceremony will be held off-site at the Firehouse Restaurant Patio, located at 1112 Firehouse Alley, Sacramento. This is less than a quarter of a mile from the hotel - see the attached map for details. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes for your walk to Old Sacramento. The uneven terrain of the decks and the cobblestone streets can be tricky to navigate in open-toed shoes or high heels. 

For those with mobility concerns, Michelle Rouse, Member Specialist, will provide transportation to and from the ceremony. A van will be available, in front of the hotel, at 5:00 PM and if necessary, at 5:10 PM as well.
