ACHD is excited to announce Annual Awards are open for nomination and we are looking forward to recognizing members in-person this year during our 72nd Annual Meeting.
We are now soliciting award nominations to recognize the hard work of healthcare districts, CEOs and Trustees on behalf of their communities. Healthcare districts have supported their communities in many different ways, and we are so appreciative for all you do.
You can submit a nomination for either a member of your own district, or for other districts. Please use the tabs below to submit nominations. Please be sure to submit all nominations by July 15, 2024.
A panel of outside judges will score all nomination materials. Award winners will be announced at the 2024 Annual Meeting during the Awards Reception. Please contact us if you have any questions.
