Join us at ACHD's 72nd Annual Meeting: Building Bridges Together, Cultivating Positive Connections.
This year's conference will be held from September 25-27, 2024, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade, located in the heart of California's state capitol, Sacramento.
Attending our Annual Meeting is a fantastic opportunity to stay connected with the broader healthcare district community. The event will start with Governance Day on September 25, featuring an opportunity for attendees to access harassment prevention training. The remainder of the day will focus on best practices in governance and handling the public. The CEO and Trustee round tables will be back as well, providing a great chance to engage with peers. On September 26 and 27, we will dedicate our time to the official ACHD 72nd Annual Meeting, which will feature a dynamic keynote presentation from Ryan Campbell, World Record-Breaking Pilot, Author, plane crash survivor, Incomplete Paraplegic, & renowned speaker on joy-fueled resilience and mental health, our popular District Best Practices workshops, and, of course, our ACHD Annual Awards reception, located at the beautiful Firehouse Restaurant patio in Old Sacramento.
Learning Outcomes:
Our Annual Meeting promises to deliver an exceptional learning experience with important takeaways, such as improved board governance, a glimpse into the future of healthcare, the imperative for addressing health equity and much more. Meet and network with district peers, foster strong relationships through shared experiences, and be a part of Cultivating Positive Connections.Â
