Initiative Limiting El Camino Hospital Executive Compensation Declared Unconstitutional
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Jul 22, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Santa Clara County Superior Court has issued a formal judgment on Measure M, declaring the initiative unconstitutional and that El Camino Hospital may provide compensation to its administrators, executives and managers without regard to the limit imposed by Measure M.
