The following memorandum provides an update on changes being discussed at the County Medical Services Program (CMSP) Board. The CMSP Planning and Benefits Committee met on April 23 and discussed a number of eligibility and benefit concepts in order to increase enrollment and utilization in the program. The Planning and Benefits Committee will meet one more time in May and the final concepts will be presented to the CMSP Governing Board on June 25, 2015 for action. The issues under discussion should be of interest to ACHD members.
