BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Adventist Health, the parent company of San Joaquin Community Hospital, said it has an agreement in place with the Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District to complete construction of a hospital and then operate the hospital.
The agreement will be put to public vote during the June 7 election, Adventist Health said Thursday.
