ACHD’s 68th Annual Meeting

 

Our event kicks off with the CEO and Trustee Roundtables at 2:30 on Sept. 23rd. Please note these sessions are closed to district CEOs and Trustees.

ACHD is using the Cvent Virtual event platform to host the Annual Meeting. If you have already registered, please review the following information:
  1. Click here to login to the online event platform! You should have also received an email from CrowdCompass to login (you may use either link).
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and the email address you used to register. You'll receive an email or text message to verify your account.
  3. Verify your account. Access your verification email with your six-digit verification code*. Return to the login page to enter the verification code.

Instructions for the Zoom Sessions
While Cvent is the host of the virtual Annual Meeting, Cvent integrates with Zoom and all sessions will be launched through Zoom. If you already have a Zoom account and are familiar with Zoom – great! Please note, you do not need a Zoom account to attend Zoom meetings.

Early Bird (Ends August 21st) $80 $100 $150
Regular Rate* $100 $120 $170

*Please note, attendees registered after September 2, 2020 will not received a mailed SWAG bag and hard copies of conference materials.

Volume Discount

ACHD is offering a volume discount to any District who registers more than 5 attendees! All registrations after the 5th registration will receive $10 off each registration!*

*If the 5th registration requests cancellation after the discount is received, a refund less the cost of the full volume discount will be provided to the District.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the uncertainty of schedules during the current pandemic, all requests for cancellation before SWAG bags are mailed will be given a full refund. Cancellations request submitted after SWAG bags are mailed will be given a refund less the cost of shipping. Please submit cancellation requests to registration@achd.org.
