The Association of California Healthcare Districts seeks to recognize a Trustee of the Year and a Healthcare District of the Year. These important and prestigious awards will be announced at the 63rd Annual Meeting May 6-8, at the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa in Monterey, California. The award categories are:
Healthcare District Trustee of the Year
Nominees for Trustee of the Year are those Trustees who have made notable achievements in Governance, Strategic Planning/Partnering, Stakeholder relationships, Leadership or Finance. Nominations should include evidence that the Trustee has provided direct and measurable benefits to the District. Nominations may be submitted by fellow Trustees or by District executive staff. Healthcare District of the Year
Nominees for Healthcare District of the Year are those Districts that have implemented programs and/or services that have yielded direct and measurable benefits on the health and well-being of the residents of the District. Nominations may be made by Trustees or by District executive staff. Find the nomination form here.
