  • American Hospital Association
    The AHA is the national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities.  Close to 5,000 hospitals, health care systems, networks, other providers of care and 40,000 individual members come together to form the AHA.

    CHA collaborates with its members to provide strong and effective representation and advocacy to advance the interests of California hospitals, patients and communities.  CHA is a trusted resource, working with members to achieve legislative, regulatory, and legal accomplishments at the state and federal level.
     
  • California Medical Association
    CMA is a professional organization that represents the physicians of the state of California.  They serve more than 35,000 members in all modes of practice and specialties representing the patients of California.
     
  • California Primary Care Association
    CPCA is the statewide leader and recognized voice representing the interests of California community clinics and health centers and their patients.  CPCA represents more than 800 not-for-profit community clinics and health centers who provide comprehensice, quality health care services, particularly for low-income, uninsured and underserved Californians, who might otherwise not have access to health care.
     
  • California Special Districts Association
    The CSDa is a not-for-profit association that was formed in 1969 to ensure the continued existence of local, independent special districts.  The association provides education and training, insurance programs, legal advice, industry-wide litigation and public relations support, legislative advocacy, capital improvement and equipment funding, a current information that is crucial to a special districts management and operational effectiveness.

    Independent special districts are sanctioned under California law for the performance of local government functions within specified boundaries.  Agencies range in size from small to very large and often cross political boundary lines.

    The primary purpose of CSAC is to represent county government before the California Legislature, administrative agencies and the federal government.  CSAC places a strong emphasis on educating the public about the value and need for county programs and services.

    The California State Rural Health Association (CSRHA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, grassroots organization that works to improve the health of rural Californians and the quality and accessibility of the heath care they receive. CSRHA brings together health care providers, consumers, educators, researchers, public health and economic development agencies and others to work on a variety of issues related to preserving and enhancing the health of rural California.
