BRAWLEY — Well stocked blood supplies can sometimes make a difference between life and death and during summer it is particularly a slow season for blood donations but Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District, an affiliate of Scripps Health Network hosts a mobile blood unit drive on Monday and Tuesday.

The San Diego Blood Bank’s mobile unit arrives here at the Women’s Center parking lot at 207 West Legion Road ready to receive blood donations from noon to 6 p.m. on Monday and noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
