“I am humbled and honored to be selected as one of the top women business leaders in the North Bay. I have always been passionate about my work and serving the community in which I live, and I am proud to be making a difference in the region by improving the health and well-being of all its residents,” said Faith. “With a dedicated board of directors and an exceptional employment team, we have cultivated a leading position locally, county- and state-wide with promoting community health efforts and local services and ensuring a quality local hospital. As a community-owned and operated public agency, we are making great strides and positively impacting the health of our residents.”

With more than 30 years in health care and hospital leadership positions, Faith became CEO of PHCD in 2011 and has helped cement its reputation as a leader in community health, having been declared a “model district” by the California Department of Health Care Services and awarded Health Care District of the Year in 2015 by the Association of California Healthcare Districts.

Under Faith’s leadership, PHCD has spearheaded several collaborative community health initiatives to support Southern Sonoma County, including the Community Health Initiative of the Petaluma Area and HeartSafe Community. She is a thought leader in her commitment to working collectively with diverse stakeholders to improve health and her understanding of how social determinants, like education, the economy, housing and transportation, impact health.

“Health requires a holistic approach, bringing together mind and body, individual and community. Through collaboration, education and engagement of our residents and business and community leaders, and in concert with other likeminded community partners, we at PHCD can fulfill our mission, building a stronger, smarter and healthier community now and into the future,” added Faith.
